Ok I have a student who's helping me demonstraight something with my class. However, she hasn't replied yet. If she doesn't reply by tonight, should I kinda god-mode it? That way I can get on with the lesson. Just wondering.

I wouldn't say god-mode it. You could either pretend it already happened, go back a step and pretend it didn't, or call on someone else. It's up to you. Just please don't god-mode.

Yes you can offer house points and I'm pretty sure it's up to you how many you want to give them.

For right now I'm giving house points for class work. I think that's what I'm gonna do for the homework and essays. :/

I give my students their points by: Homework, helping in class, answering questions, etc...
